Moving to Southeast PA

I am looking for a horse-friendly community within 30 min. of Valley Forge. I am looking to build a house and barn on 10-20 acres. Any ideas on where I should look? I currently keep my horses at home in MA on 25 acres and mostly trail ride. Thanks so much.
