Question for Beth (Phinal Chance)
Posted by: snavelyorama Date posted: 12/03/2007 05:46:13 PM
Hi Beth,
I do need to make the time to come see your place but had a question. You are offering field board for $150 per mth, right? Does that include hay and grain 2x daily? What if horses are on their own type of feed? Could the owner provide that??
Also, what do you do with a horse that lets say - doesn't play well with others? I have two horses, I actually am lucky enough to keep them on my own property but what I lack is lots of riding trails. I ride around my farm, through the neighborhood and that's about it. My one horse is about 20 - Percheron and just as sweet as can be, my other is a 14 yr old QH who is very alpha and I put him in his stall to eat until my Perch is done eating. If I don't, my QH kicks the other one out so that he can eat his food to. LOL
Sooo.... if I wanted to move my horses there - how would you handle such a situation??
