Thanks for the input. I am deffinatly on the fence about having to rehome her. She has been a good friend to us but my board has been raised to $275.00 per month, and with the cost of corrective shoeing it is getting rather costly to keep the old girl on one income. It is also not fair to ask her to carry my 185 pound son all day.(when he gets on her I cannot get him off)

If I could find a new place to board in the Quakertown area that wouldn't cost so much I might be able to swing it. I am really glad you got your boy back and he is doing well. Last year I made the mistake of selling a horse that I had gotten for my husband. My husband was a little afraid of this big boy (17.2) but I never realized how attached I was to him. I wish I could find him again. I would love to have him back.
