As a horse trailer, as far as inspections go in PA, you can get an inspection at most trailer dealers, especially camper dealers. Check the yellow pages for trailer dealers (any type) and they usually list whether they do inspections. If it's not listed, then give them a call. Camper dealers are the best place to start. Hope that helps!
