That is good to know! I finally caught up over the weekend with another friend who has a trailer here in PA and he told me (tell me if this sounds right) that if the trailer is less than 3000 lbs that it does not need to be inspected and that you only need to register it??? In my mind, it seemed to make sense - but then again, a lot of stuff makes sense to me LOL
