Just my honest opinion here....
I personally - and I really mean this as my own personal ideaas... but I personally wouldn't even ask him to jump at this point. I think like people, horses change to. Jumping isn't a natural thing for them, yes they can be taught but I've always heard from very reputable trainers that they naturally wouldn't just jump. If you want your horse to jump, you have to start at the beginning again. You have to listen to what your horse is "saying" by doing the refusals. Horses can't talk so they use a lot of body language. I would say if you HAVE to jump this horse, then start back at square one.
