I posted before but didn't get any responses. I would like to buy a horse trailer, just missed a chance to get a decent one but am hopeful another deal will pop up. Anyway, since Pennsylvania requires your trailer to be inspected, where do you go for this? I'm sure it's not your local garage! LOL

What else do you need to do?

Any and all help is appreciated!
