Buying a Horse Trailer - Inspection, tags, etc.

Hello all and good morning!

I might have a chance here pretty soon to pick up a decent trailer in good condition for not a lot of money. Since I have never owned a horse trailer before and living in PA, I know this much that they have to be inspected. Where does one go to have their trailer inspected? Also, so I just go to AAA or the tag place for a tag? Does it need to be insured, registered - pretty much like a car? When the inspection is done, what are they looking for?

Help! My chance for purhasing this trailer is coming up!!!
