I don't know where you live but you might want to try Leid Saddle shop. They are outside of Kutztown near the small town of Bowers. I know they have a large inventory of used saddles right now. Their phone number is 610-682-2760. I found a nice western style endurance saddle there a few months ago to fit my Haflinger. The nice thing about Leids is that if you have a trailer you can take your horse with you and put it in the round pen and bring different saddles outside to try on your horse right there. It is far better than taking one home, trying it and then having to take it back again and trying another one. That's the way I did it and we tried about 5 different saddles on that day. I suggest you take you own saddle pad and you might want to take along your own girth. Some of the used saddles don't have a girth or won't have a good one.
