What are your boarding rates? Also do you have any students that would consider half leasing an 8 yr old 15.2h QH and/or a 10 yr old 15.2h paint? One more question would you be able to work out a reduced board price for help cleaning stalls or feeding? I have 19 years experience with horses and could give references for farms I have worked at.
