Question - Run in sheds?

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this board, and recently moved from NJ to PA to be able to buy a house with enough land to bring my horses.
In setting up the property, however, I have run into some issues with the zoning laws. To make a long story short, it is going to be VERY hard and VERY expensive to be able to put a run in shed on the property (3.5 acres). I have recently seen online horse shelters from shelterlogic, it is like a "tunnel" of thick waterproof, windproof, UV protected fabric. Before I give up the fight and buy one of these (which is allowed, because it's not considered "permanent"), has anyone had any experiences with them? Heard anything good or bad about them? I am desperate to get things settled and bring my horses home, so please respond if you know anything. Thank you!
