Question for Everyone - Starting a Hauling Business

Hello all!

For a long time, I've been interested in becoming a horse hauler. I don't doubt I'll have interest and business but my concern lies with insurance, liability, etc. Does anyone have any clue or any ideas where one might start a business like this? We are also looking at not limiting the hauling business, we also want to haul cars, hotrods, motorcycles, etc. We want to basically provide a full-range hauling business. Where would I begin? We have the truck, experience and desire, just not the starting place.
