Many years ago I found myself in a position where I had to give up my horses. My love of them never went away so I would go to friends and help groom, feed whatever I could do in exchange for riding and the pleasure of being in the company of horses. Years later I found a very understanding, loving man that helped make my dreams come true. Now I am in a position to offer someone the chance to be in the horsey environment. We have 4 horses and I could use some help with them. The one that you could use is an 8 year old mare. She is a great driving horse but needs some help with her riding skills. She will walk, trot but has never cantered/loped under saddle. She is very safe for my 10 year old grandaughter to ride in the round pen but I don't feel she is ready to take the mare on the trails by herself. I need someone to trail ride the mare for me and help teach her to canter,lope. We also have her yearling colt (soon to be gelded) that I am working with. I also have a Percheron/cross mare that I am getting started. I just have too many and too little time so if you are experienced and need a horse fix send me an email with your qualifications.
