certified manure haulers

Just a little reminder for those of you that pay to have your manure removed. As of February of 2007 all commercial manure haulers need to be certified. I am pleased to say that we, Cindy and Andy at Briar Patch Achers, are certified with the state of Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture. Any haulers that are not certified and still hauling will need to become certified or face the risk of fines. Certification means that we have been trained and are knowledgable in the proper means of disposing of your manure. Our certification is good for 3 years and in that course of time we must attend ongoing training sessions to accumulate credits to keep us up to date on all regulations regarding manure management. www.briarpatchachers.com
