Hi all - occasionally I post about typical horse stuff but recently thought some of you might like to know what's going on in real estate these days. If everyone likes a brief idea - then I'll post something once in a awhile. Please give me feedback good or bad.
In real estate today you'll hear "it's a buyers market" - this means that the supply of homes (inventory) is high and the demand is low. For buyers it's like being a kid in a candy store - for sellers it's not all bad! For homes in good condition and priced right - they sell and sell quickly.

On another happy note - my beloved Percheron gelding that I sold 2.5 years ago is coming home! Yes! His current owners (who have been wonderful) are retiring and moving to Montana! They are bringing him home to me early next year and I can't wait.

Hope all of you are getting out riding in this gorgeous weather!
