AQHA Mare and ApHC Mare......to good home

I have two horses I'm looking for a good home for. The first one is a registered AQHA mare, bay with a white star. She's 19 years old out of Ocean Deck. She is broke to ride but has been off for numerous years and I don't have the time to bring her back. She has wonderful ground manners, lunges & knows voice commands, loads, clips, ties, stands quietly for the farrier. UTD on vaccinations, coggins, farrier care, and worming. Approximately 15.2 hands. She was shown as a hunter before her long layoff (not due to injury just lack of time).
The other horse is a registered ApHC mare. She's roan with a bit of a blanket. 24 years old. Has been used the past year as a beginner lesson horse teaching children the basics of stopping, steering, and walking. She is out of Mighty Singer. She does have fused knee due to an old injury but does not seem to affect her will or usefulness. She also has good ground manners, loads, clips, ties and stands quietly.
